Join us for a free Mindfulness walk at Churchill National Park

About this event

Join Parks Victoria Volunteers for a free mindfulness walk through serene Churchill National Park. Explore the concept of walking mindfully through nature, whilst appreciating the beautiful sights and sounds of the park. You will leave feeling relaxed and peaceful, with mindfulness skills that you can use anywhere.

You will meet your volunteer guides at the Visitor Information Board on Army Track when you turn off Churchill Park Drive. Please arrive 10 minutes early so that we can set off at 9:30. The walk takes approximately 45 minutes along an unpaved bush trail.

Please check the weather in advance and dress appropriately, including wearing comfortable enclosed walking shoes. We recommend you bring a water bottle with you.

Please note the following:

  • This walk is suitable for all ages 12 years and up
  • Bookings are essential.
  • This event may be cancelled at the last minute due to extreme weather conditions.
  • You will be emailed if the event is cancelled.

In the event that your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your ticket so our guide is aware and does not wait for you to arrive.
