SHOW PRICES

Friday night Show - $110 per person + booking fee total of $5.39 (initial deposit required is $52.00 to reserve your seat, with final payment amount of $63.39)

Saturday night Show - $125 per person + booking fee total of $5.99 (initial deposit required is $52.00 to reserve your seat, with final payment amount of $78.99)

There are three main things that you should look for when organising a Christmas party: amazing food, a great drinks package and awesome entertainment. Here at the Hotel Grand Chancellor on Hindley we can supply all of these!

Chunky Custard is bringing back their fun-filled event for another year, which just so happened to sell out last year. Covering all three of the must haves when putting on a Christmas show, you can’t really go wrong.

So with your entertainment more than sorted, there will also be a delicious buffet Christmas dinner plus a 4.5-hour beverage package. It all starts from Friday, 25th November for 8 shows only.

Lemon pepper spiced chicken with cucumber yoghurt

Terms & Conditions and FAQS

Table Allotments:

Tables are seated in groups of 10. With a minimum of 10 people required to secure a private table. Individual booking and smaller groups will be seated together to make up a table of 10. Table configurations cannot be guaranteed, and are subject to change.
IMPORTANT: Groups looking to purchase their tickets individually are required to share the same company or group name. Without this information, we cannot guarantee you will be seated together.

Venue:

In the instance of unforeseen circumstances the Hotel reserves the right to transfer to another venue. The group contact person will be informed in advance. No monetary compensation will be offered.

Final payment reminder:

You will receive a final payment reminder through Eventbrite on Friday the 30th September, with all final payments due on Friday 28th October.

Bookings made after Friday the 30th September will be required to pay the full amount of the ticket price. 

What is included in the cost?

Included in the ticket price is a Christmas buffet dinner, 4.5 hours drinks package including - Coopers Pale Ale,  Coopers Light Beer, Bay of Stones Chardonnay Pinot Noir Sparkling, Bay of Stones Sauvignon Blanc, Bay of Stones Shiraz, soft drinks and of course the fabulous entertainment of Chunky Custard.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

All guests must hold a ticket to gain entry to the show.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

All guests attending the show must by aged 18 years and over. Valid identification must be provided upon entry to the show.

Can I update my registration information?

You can update your registration information by logging into Eventbrite.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Tickets will state the company or group name, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

What is the refund policy?

All deposits, payments and tickets are strictly non-refundable and under no circumstances will refunds be issued. In the instance of a reduction in numbers, any payments already made will be forfeited and are not able to be used to offset other costs.

What is the dress code for the night?

The dress code for the evening it smart casual. Jeans are acceptable as long as they are not torn.

What time can we enter the room?

You will be allowed entrance to the Ballroom from 7pm. If you arrive earlier you are welcome to wait in Sebastyan's Bar located on the ground floor. You must be holding a valid ticket for entry.

What time does the show finish?

The show formally finishes at 11:30pm, however the band may elect to continue beyond this time. The beverage package will cease being served promptly at 11:30pm.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

If driving to the event, there are two public car parks located close to the Hotel Grand Chancellor Adelaide on Hindley. Care Park is located in Blyth Street and is open 24 hours and costs approximately $15.00. Wilsons Parking is located on Hindley Street is open 24 hours and costs approximately $22.00. Subject to change without notice. 

Public transport is readily available and within a short distance from the Hotel Grand Chancellor Adelaide on Hindley.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

No external food or beverage is permitted within the function.

Can I get a cheaper rate if I decide to stay the night?

We would be pleased to offer a rate of $149.00 room only for our Deluxe room type and $169.00 room only for our Executive room type per night including complimentary wireless internet. Buffet breakfast is available for an additional $17.50 per person. Rates are subject to availability. Once these rates have sold out, reservations will be made on our best available nightly rate.
