Event information

• Bring your own chair or picnic rug.
• Food trucks onsite including hot food, popcorn, icecream, donuts with hot and cold drinks, get local takeaway or bring your own food and drink.
• Alcohol and pet-free event (except for assistance dogs).

Wet weather

• There is limited under cover areas at Beenleigh Town Square. Due to the predicted wet weather tomorrow, please bring your own umbrella or poncho.
• The safety of our community is a priority for Logan City Council. If there is a last-minute cancellation, please monitor your email used at registration or visit the event Facebook page for updates.

Parking / Public Transport

Free parking is available on George Street, James Street and James Street carpark. Beenleigh Train Station is just a short 10 minute walk.

If you are added to the waitlist and tickets become available, we will notify you by email and you will have 5 hours to confirm registration, before they are offered to the next person in the queue, so please keep an eye on your emails.

Logan City Council is operating with a COVID safe checklist. For the safety of all attendees please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Stay at home if unwell or have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath.
• If feeling unwell during the event (locate security, event officials or first aid).
• Please ensure you use the sanitisation stations located around the event area.
• Please ensure you adhere to social distancing of 1.5m for the duration of the event.
