Enjoy an exquisite assortment of dishes, all made even more extravagant with unlimited sparkling wine, red wine, white wine, beer and cider.

Savour our five-course menu of pure indulgence; starting with an antipasto plate and a seafood tower, and your choice of pasta for the entrée.

For the main, choose from three delicious options; Murray River beef tenderloin, slow cooked pork belly, or roasted Atlantic salmon.

Finish with a dessert tower and our signature InterContinental petit fours.

Upgrade your Christmas experience with bottomless MUMM NV Champagne for $40 per person.

Available wines include: Hentley Farm Blanc De Noir Sparkling, Hentley Farm Villain & Vixen Shiraz and Hentley Farm Poppy White Field.
