Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Children up to 6 years of age dine for free, but must be accompanied by at least one ticketed adult.

There is ample parking at Parklands Resort.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, but the person using the ticket must match the age category requirements of the ticket purchased. The original purchaser of the tickets must advise the hotel of the name of the person/s who will be using the tickets.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds, all ticket sales are final
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Due to purchase sercurity protocols, unless already advised by the original purchaser, any guests turning up with a ticket in another name will be refused entry until the original purchaser of the ticket has approved the use of the tickets by the arriving guests. In the case of a group booking, then we reccommend you all arrive together, as the person with the booking confirmation must account for their group on entry.
