A spectacular group outing to see local Christmas lights! NDIS-supported activity.. $5 + NDIS

Experience the magic of Christmas with a community Christmas Lights Tour! This group outing is perfect for participants who enjoy festive outings, sightseeing, and social activities in a safe and supportive environment.

Date: Wednesday 17th December
Time: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Activity: Participants will travel together to view local Christmas light displays in the community.

NDIS Costs

NDIS rate: $72.91 per hour
Duration: 2.5-hour activity
+ 1 hour non-face-to-face admin time
+ Capital Centre Costs

Example:
(2.5-hour activity + 1 hour admin = 3.5 hours total billed time ÷ number of participants.)

• Minimum group size: 4
• Maximum group size: 10
• Approx per-person NDIS cost: ~$63.79 (based on 3.5 hrs ÷ 4 participants × $72.91/hr + capital loading)

Transport-related mileage, if applicable, may be billed separately depending on participant needs.

1:1 support is billed separately.

Out-of-Pocket Cost

$5, covering Christmas treats and special stop-off experiences.
