Executive Chef Josh Smith-Thirkell and his team are behind savoury treats such as king salmon roe and crème fraiche blinis, parmesan panna cotta and mini pollies pies. When it comes to sweet, you’ll want to save room for delicacies such as gateau opera with hazelnuts, forbidden forest apple, QT macaroons and more.
Children (5-12 years) can join for $49 + BF and Adults will receive a Christmas inspired cocktail on arrival for $70 + BF.
