Our Christmas class dates in November through to December, allowing you to polish up on those Christmas cupcake decorating skills in time for the big day! Whether you wish to learn new skills to adorn your Christmas table with festive delicious delights or make decorate tasty cupcakes to give as an extra special gift, we can show you how!

During this 3 hour class you will learn how to decorate 6 cupcakes all dressed up as 3 super cute Christmas cupcake characters. You will also learn through demonstration the reindeer character to re- create at home.

Our unique designs include a snowman and of course the big man himself, Santa!

About Fiona

Fiona has owned and operated Fiona’s Fancies in Dawesville since 2013, prior to migrating to Mandurah from the UK, Fiona was a Lecturer in the UK in cake decorating and Patisserie, after 25 years in the industry and working in France and for the Royal family in 2000 as a Royal Patisserie chef, one of Fiona’s passions is to teach others the correct way to create something spectacular using skills and techniques that she was taught from the age of 14 when she embarked on her career path of becoming a cake decorator and a Pastry Chef.

Her classes are designed to incorporate as much learning and techniques as possible with small groups, so each person gets time to ask for help or be shown more than once.

What is included: All equipment, tools and light refreshments will be provided.

What will I take home: Your completed cupcakes and lots of tips and knowledge.

What do I need to bring? A notebook, pen and your phone for taking pictures. Aprons will be available however is you feel more comfortable in your own please feel free to bring it with you.

This class is aimed for beginners or for those who want to define their skills in a friendly and fun environment.

A min of 5 bookings per workshop are required to run the workshop and payment will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancelation Policy: We understand that things can happen and if you find you need to change your booking, we will be more than happy to move you in to another workshop.

If for any reason and in the unlikely event that Fiona’s Sugar Art Academy has to cancel you will be refunded the full amount.
