Description

The Annual General Meeting of Council to Homeless Persons will be held on Wednesday 14 November 2018 at Melbourne Town Hall commencing at 2.30 pm.

You're invited to join us and be involved in a discussion with a panel of experts examining the latest innovation and reform in Victoria’s homelessness service system.

What are the reforms? What impact are they having? What do they mean for your work, or your experience engaging with homelessness services?

Speakers and topics include:

  • Jane Barnes – General Manager Adult Services, Salvation Army

Crisis Accommodation – from throughput to therapeutic, the new service model

  • Kelly Stanton, Executive Director, Support and Safety Hubs Operations, Family Safety Victoria

The Family Violence Orange Door – Implications for breaking the link between experiences of violence and homelessness
