Join Deniz Karaca, Executive Pastry Chef and Master Chocolatier from Cuvee Chocolate for a masterclass about pairing chocolate with wine. Deniz is highly decorated in the Australian chocolate & dessert scene after being named the #1 chocolatier in Australia and Asia in 2012 and 2013 and is ranked amongst the top three in the world after his participation in the World Chocolate Masters in 2013. Most recently he was named Australian Patissier of the Year 2016.
Cuvee Chocolate is especially crafted to complement wine and will be paired with Mountainside Wines wines grown and made on the property. During the masterclass guests will learn about chocolate and wine and how the match and complement each other. Following the class a light lunch will be provided.
