Event Details

This years Chill Fest is held in Spring in the beautiful surrounds of Melbourne’s Dandenong Ranges

Chill Fest celebrates living more consciously and the journey towards a healthy mind, body and spirit

Yoga Rave, Live Music, DJs, Pilates, Tai Chi and many other classes, Meditation, Great Food, Stalls, Natural Therapies, Family Friendly and more!

Expect to come away from this festival feeling better than when you came in!

What is included in a ticket?

Full access to all classes and performances throughout the day.


What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

By Car 
Limited parking is available in the small car park at the event and on nearby side-streets

By Train
The the closest railway is Upper Ferntree Gully railway station
  • Then by Bus from the train - The 688 bus runs from Upper Ferntree Gully railway station (10min journey) every hour
We suggest you take the bus from the station but if you would prefer to 
  • go by Foot from the train - Chill Fest is 1hr 15mins walk up the hill via the 1000 Steps/Kokoda Memorial Walk

By Bus
The 688 bus stops at Old Main Rd/Mt. Dandenong Tourist Rd in Ferny Creek 
This 688 bus runs from Upper Ferntree Gully railway station (10min journey) every hour
Last bus back to the station is 10.07pm

By Foot
You could take the scenic route by walking an extra 30mins from the top of the 
1000 Steps/Kokoda Memorial Walk straight to Chill Fest! 


What can I bring into the event?

BYO essentials if participating in activities 
  • yoga mat 
  • water bottle (no glass please) 
  • blanket for meditation

  • Bring your PDF ticket, printed or digital! If bought online
  • If you have a concession ticket and are 18yrs or over; make sure you bring your valid Healthcare or Concession card with you in order for your ticket to be valid. Otherwise you may have to pay the difference for a standard ticket to gain entry
  • Bring your Credit Card and some Cash so you dont miss out on the lovely treats our vendors are selling (not all vendors will use EFTPOS) - if you do need an ATM the closest is in Ferntree Gully Plaza (inside near Maxi supermarket)
  • The weather should be lovely but as we are in the hills prepare for anything from high UV to wet or cooler weather conditions, especially after sunset. So bring appropriate clothing and sun protection
  • Water bottle (no glass please) 
  • We have chosen a great selection of local food and non-alcoholic drinks’ vendors to trade at Chill Fest, so please support them and refrain from bringing your own food or drink
 
Suggestions
  • There are spaces to relax so feel free to bring picnic blankets and cushions
  • You may want to bring a towel for activities like yoga
  • If you would like to purchase hot drinks we encourage you to bring your own mug or reusable coffee cup
  • As with all events with amplified music, you may wish to bring ear protection for your children
Remember this is an alcohol-free family friendly wellness event

We have chosen a great selection of local food and non-alcoholic drinks’ vendors to trade at Chill Fest, so please support them and refrain from bringing your own food or drink

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? or can I bring children?

This is a family friendly, all ages event. There is a playground within sight of the main stage and under 12’s have free entry!
 
 
Are tickets refundable?

Chill Fest tickets are non-refundable, although they are transferable. You could gift your ticket to someone you love.
