About this Event
Are your children in need of some time to express themselves and connect with their body, breath and mind to stimulate creativity and positive body awareness, focus, compassion and individuality!
The 1 hour sessions are led by Tina Circosta, an early childhood and priamry school teacher and qualified children yoga instructor.
Tina will have imaginations soaring as the little yogis share yoga poses, dance with their hearts, and get creative with cooperative games, craft and mindful activities.
All while promoting laughter and learning, health and wellbeing, movement and stillness, peace and understanding as well as acceptance, awareness, and respect for oneself, for others and our Mother Earth!
