This Masterclass is designed for educators (from early childhood education & care or school age care) to:
* Explore reasons for children’s behaviour – even those that appear to happen for ‘no reason’;
* Learn to effectively document behavioural incidences, meltdowns and complex inclusion challenges to develop meaningful support plans;
* Unpack common tools used by educators to support behaviour and examine their place in today’s settings; and
* Consider new techniques for guiding behavioural learning.
