Event description

Description

This Masterclass is designed for educators (from early childhood education & care or school age care) to:

* Explore reasons for children’s behaviour – even those that appear to happen for ‘no reason’;

* Learn to effectively document behavioural incidences, meltdowns and complex inclusion challenges to develop meaningful support plans;

* Unpack common tools used by educators to support behaviour and examine their place in today’s settings; and

* Consider new techniques for guiding behavioural learning.

What others have said about the event:

"Brilliant! This should be compulsory training for every single educator".

"I have been working as an educator for 20 years and this is the first time in years I've been so excited by a PD. I'm so glad I came. It's changed me as an educator and a parent. I'm looking forward to putting all I've learnt to practice".

"I wish I'd done this training years ago. This workshop has completely changed the way I think about children's behaviour".
