After the huge success of our 2017 Childcare Business Matters Workshops, Childcare Concepts are delighted to announce that our next workshop will be held in Brisbane at PwC's Brisbane office on the 25th June

Once again we have gathered a group of highly renowned childcare experts in one forum to speak on the hottest topics facing the industry today including: Approved Provider Testing, CCS Modelling, Business Strategies, Cost Efficiencies in Building and Maintenance.

This is the essential workshop for the savvy owner, investor or prospective buyer and will provide industry advice to maximise your childcare business investment.

The Folkestone Education Trust, is an ASX listed Real Estate Investment Trust that is the largest Australian property trust investing in early learning properties within Australia and New Zealand. The Trust has total assets under management of $829.1 million and 388 early learning properties in its portfolio.

Jamie Mathiou is managing director of Mathiou Services dedicated to providing excellent maintenance and building services to businesses. Since 2009 Mathiou Services have assisted thousands of child care centres and schools looking after their property, ensuring that all centres have access to high quality maintenance that meet industry regulations. Jamie has gained strong working relationships with these centres through his collaborative nature and dedication to child development. Mathiou Services pride themselves on their wide range of services, as well as embracing safety, environmental conservation, and continuous improvement.

The private sector's peak body the ACA commissioned PwC to develop a modelling tool for the exclusive use of ACA Members called, Flexible Affordable Modelling Tool (FAMT) to help determine the most appropriate business model and establish the most sustainable way forward for childcare services under the new system.
This is your chance to hear from Tamara Brown, Partner of Private Clients at PwC present on CCS modelling and explain how the Flexible Affordable Modelling Tool (FAMT) could help your service make this transition.
