A Registered Midwife/Birth Educator will facilitate an in person group session where you and your partner/support person will have the opportunity to discuss any questions you have regarding labour, birth and early parenting.

Some of these discussion topics may include; when to come to hospital and what to bring, early and established labour, coping strategies, pain relief, midwifery led care, birthing preferences, medical assistance, caesarean births, the postpartum period, newborn care, expected newborn behaviours and transitioning into parenthood.
