Description
Join Mark Potter at Meeting Place MV to work with a small group under his guidance to make your very own Camembert and Fetta. All ingredients supplied.
Cheeses will be a blend of cow (80%) and goat's milk (20%) and will be incubated by Mark, ready for collection in the middle of February. Patrons will have the option to take their cheeses home and incubate them themselves.
Attendees will order Tin Shed Pizza for dinner, and BYO wine/beer is encouraged, although there will be a generous cheese platter and a cheese and wine matching exercise as part of the evening.
