It's your time to shine!
THE CHEESE BARREL & OLIVE FARM WINES FAMILY IS HIRING!
We have at least 3 positions available between the two venues for the perfect candidates.
Bring your best self and good vibes to our hire night. Get to see who we are, what we do and if we are a good fit for you.
You must RSVP to participate. Numbers are strictly limited to 40 participants.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Be sure to receive a warm welcome from our current lovely crew, who will guide on an informational walk through our venues and be answering any questions you might have.
We will be running group activities and dynamics to get to learn more about you, and how you work in a team but don't be worried.. we are cheesy easy people and fun should be part of it.
WHAT TO BRING
You must bring with you:
- Current updated Resume;
- RSA certificate;
- Work availabilities;
- A short paragraph stating why you'd be the best person for the job.
Please do not send those to our email in advance - bring printed copies with you on the night only.
WHAT TO WEAR
Feel free to wear what you think is most appropriate for our workplace. Please wear closed flat shoes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
- You are required to hold an RSA Certificate
- Smiley, friendly & can do attitude
- Great customer service
- Great interpersonal skills
- Wine & Cellar Door experience is desirable for Cellar Door Positions (but not necessary)
- Weekend availability is a must
WHO WILL BE HIRED
Our current team and management will be involved in the next stage of recruitment. Everyone you meet on the night will have a say and we will invite the most successful candidates for one-on-one interviews and trial shifts.
