Come and join me for an outback Queensland landscape and astrophotography workshop in the gold mining town of Charters Towers west of Townsville. I have spent a lot of time photographing in the area so know all the good spots and also the best times to be there.

Starting off with some photography tips, tricks and theory we will then capture sunset from the top of Towers Hill. While the sky darkens we will then grab some dinner (not included) and then head out to various locations in the region where we will capture the Milky Way above targets like dead trees, bridges and the Burdekin River.

A complimentary sunrise shoot is also on offer for the Sunday morning. It is recommended that you stay overnight in Charters Towers.
