Are you tired of binge eating or emotional eating? Are you a comfort eater? Or perhaps a stress eater? Do you feel as if you lose control with foods like chocolate, cheese or potato chips?

Evidence-based mindful eating strategies can help.

Dr Salena Bhanji, a Doctor of Counselling Psychology, with a special interest in binge eating and mindfulness approaches to change presents this popular series of workshops:

  • Day: Wednesdays
  • Time: 11am - 12pm
