Kate Carnell AO: CEO, Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Kate Carnell commenced as CEO of ACCI in May 2014. Kate is well known and respected, having served two years as CEO of Beyondblue and four years as CEO of the Australian Food and Grocery Council. Ms Carnell also served as Chief Minister of the ACT from 1995 to 2000.
Kim Sattler: Secretary of UnionsACT
Kim Sattler is the Secretary of UnionsACT which represents 24 unions and 33,000 members in the ACT. She has held that position for 8 years and was the first woman elected in the role. Kim has been active on many issues, including equal pay for women as well as refugee issues.
Kathy Kostyrko: Director, Public Sector, Hays Specialist Recruitment
Kathy has had a successful career in the recruitment industry, the last 20 years of which have been with Hays. Kathy became the first female chair of the ACT & Region Chamber of Commerce. Kathy was awarded the Women of Acheivement Award in March 2014.
Professor Marian Baird: University of Sydney, Business School
Marian is one of Australia's leading researchers in the fields of women, work and family. She has researched parental leave, flexibility for working parents, mature age workers and gender equitable organisational change. She is widely published in Australia and internationally.
