Description

Be gently guided through a series of seated exercises which are modified Yoga poses. Come and try this gentle form of seated exercise and what your stress disappear. It aids balance,strenght, flexibility, confidence, improves posture and reduces stress. Meet experienced teacher Erika Mortin who will guide you through the process.
