About this Event
Chair Yoga is a great alterative to traditional yoga - We find our flow, linking breath with movement to improve strength, flexibility and balance .
You are invited to this first COMPLIMENTARY session on Tuesday 2nd March at 2pm.
Enjoy the opportunity to try and find out if Chair Yoga is right for you.
Following on from this first class, a series of weekly classes will run where you will have the option to attend at a casual rate ($10) or pre purchase a class pass block of 4 - 6 classes ($32/$48). Learn further info on the day.
The class will be easy to follow, include a sequence incorporating the whole body.
Participants are encouraged to take a break at any time + there are options for more challenge if you wish. After a flow of around 40 - 45 mins we'll settle into a guided meditation.
Please aim to arrive 5 mins before start time.
