About The Trainer

Christine Chua, the Head Chef and owner of Chef On Wheels started off as a hotelier in Singapore some 33 years ago and ultimately found her calling in the Food and Beverage industry, where her passion for good, fine food culminated in her.

An alumnus of the Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland, Christine brings with her a versatility and flair in her culinary creations, and a level of professionalism and service on par with any five star hotel.

Her list of satisfied clients includes Cartier, BMW, The Sunway Group and many others. Chef on Wheels have also established a name for themselves within the entertainment industry, and has catered to the likes of Metallica, Bruno Mars, Guns & Roses, Mariah Carey and countless other world renowned artistes.

As the face and soul of the business, Christine not only brings with her unrivalled know-how and passion for fine food and presentation, but also a charismatic approach to everything the culinary world has to offer.
