How Does It Work?

Simply choose your start night and sign up. Pay with Afterpay if you like. Once your group is confirmed, you’ll get a welcome email with links, details, and everything you need to begin your adventure. We walk you through every step in case this is your first time.

What happens if I have to cancel?

This is a pre-paid, non-cancellable commitment. If you're unsure about your ability to commit to sessions, it may not be the right choice for you at this time.

How long do the campaigns run?

Our campaigns are designed to last six months, with 12 sessions in total. Each session is approximately three hours long.

Do I need to know how to play Dungeons & Dragons?

No prior experience is necessary! Our Game Masters will guide you through character creation, game rules, and everything you need to know.

What happens if I miss a session?

If you miss a session, your group will continue the campaign without you. The Game Master will provide a recap to help you rejoin seamlessly in the next session. There is no refund for missed games.

Can I choose my group?

We strive to place players into groups based on availability, time zones, and playstyle preferences. If you’re signing up with friends, let us know and we’ll do our best to group you together.

This is a legally binding agreement for the duration of the six-month campaign. We cannot offer refunds or cancellations mid-campaign.

How do I create my character?

In your first session (Session Zero), your Game Master will assist you in creating your character and understanding the basics of gameplay.

We have carefully selected the best game masters who are dedicating their time and will be compensated for each session. Requiring upfront payment helps ensure commitment and minimises dropouts.

All Celestial DND art is custom-created by skilled artists to capture our magical realm—no AI used. Each exclusive piece is crafted with care, owned by Celestial Events, and made to keep our worlds authentic and immersive.

What happens if there are not enough players in my timeslot?

If your timeslot isn’t filled, we’ll offer alternative options. If none suit and we can’t run a campaign at your preferred time, we’ll refund you in full, notifying and discussing it with you beforehand.

I want to play with my same group as last campaign how do I do this?

Any previous players will get first option before tickets go live to be able to make sure they are able to play with the GM of choice with the same players.

Do I get any gifts?

Yes! You’ll receive a completion pack with a special gift from Celestial Events and your custom Hero Forge flat figurine, featuring your in-game character. We’ll confirm your postal address before sending.

Do you run a "fade to black for love scenes?"

Yes, we want to make sure everyone is comfortable with our games, so we opt for a fade to black when it gets too spicy. Imagination is sometimes better than words!
