At this full day of fun children aged 6-12 will be able to indulge their rainbow fantasies!

By creating a range of bright and colourful artworks and creations with 2 of the Gold Coasts most talented Artists and teachers, Alissa of Artlis Studios and the Queen of Tie Dye Shoshana of Apsiral Designs.

This is a day of like no other and is not to be missed!

During this rainbow filled day Children will have the opportunity to do the following.

Under the guidance of Alissa:

Create their own Magic Rainbowland watercolour inspired by the beautiful Artwork of Artlis Studios very own Anika Kirk Creative (insta @anikakirk)

Create a polymer clay rainbow brooch ready to wear as they leave at the end of the day!

Under the Guidance of Shoshana:

Learn how amazing colour truly is! How colour can bring calmness, happiness and enhance joy.

Create a tie dye pillowcase in their own signature colours, ready to take home and hug

Move, stretch and breathe through Rainbow Yoga

Rejuvenate the body and calm the mind with a rainbow meditation session

Children will also:

Develop an understanding of colour and its positive effect on your body, emotions & wellbeing ( take-home book provided and learning sheets)

Explore how to use to colour to express their emotions

Learn about the colour wheel and it's relationship to the rainbow.

Explore how our eyes see colour.

Develop knowledge of primary/secondary colours and colour mixing.

Develop understanding of colour families and their place on the colour wheel.

Discover the calming secrets of colouring.

Explore some fun imagination challenges and games to improve their quick drawing skills.
