CBR xPS is a social mobilisation initiative to explore and highlight new ways that Canberra public service professionals may choose to build on their unique expertise and experience to transition their skillset (and mindset) from an exclusively public sector context into other work-life opportunities, including start-up enterprise.
We are convening a facilitated participatory half-day session to explore and map some of the key the work-life pathways that public service professionals may choose and to co-design touchpoint initiatives.
This is intended as a participatory ‘co-design’ session with a diverse group aimed to share understanding and to brainstorm potential added-value that may be found within:
Common Canberra work-life pathways;
Useful ‘new economy soft skills’ for people as they explore and develop options; and
Communication touch-points within the local cultural ecosystem.
