Dipen has over 25 years of experience in business, his specialty and focus has been on International Trade & Investment with exposure in Education, ICT, Consumer Goods (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals, Agriculture, Mining & Resources and Property Development.

Dipen is skilled negotiator, a consummate networker and has an excellent ability to communicate with people all all levels, cultures and personalitites. He has an entrepreneurial approach to business which is also proactive, driven and adaptable. Dipen thrives on the challenges, complexities and pressures of the corporate environment.

Dipen is a leading authority on trade and investment within the Australia-India corridor in 2010 he founded Newland Global Group a boutique consultancy which works with reputable organisations in the public and private sectors including: Coca Cola Amatil, Department of Education NSW (TAFE NSW), Riverina Oil and Bio Energy (ROBE), UNSW Global, Cadila Pharmaceuticals India, Jindal Steel and Power and the Government of Gujarat to name a few.

Dipen has established a deep and far reaching networking in the business community and government agencies within Australia and India, he is also highly respected within Indian Community throughout Australia.

The tool is a first for the Australian market, and through close collaboration between ANZ and the Export Council of Australia, provides data driven insights including the following:

  • A business benchmarking tool;
  • The time it can take businesses to achieve a return on their offshore investments;
  • Likely revenue and capital requirements to successfully expand;
  • Detailed and concise information on Free Trade Agreement and non-tariff barriers by market and industry; and
  • How Australia’s tariffs into key export markets compare with other countries tariffs.

Everything You Need To Know About The Audiometric Testing Regulations From Safe Work

Employers are charged with duty of care in preventing the potential for hearing loss or disabling (such as tinnitus – ringing in your ears or head) in their workplace.

Safe Work has implemented regulations regarding audiometric hearing tests. This falls under clause 58(2) of the Work Health & Safety Regulation 2011.

When does the regulation take effect?

What workplace situations does it involve?

What is the decibel range regarded as potential for partial or permanent hearing loss in a workplace?

Who will have to be tested and how often?

Who conducts the hearing tests?
