Based upon the authors book this day conference covers issues in relation to cavity wall claims, and in particular focuses on the day-to-day issues in practice that you will encounter with such cases including spotting the 'winners' and 'losers' quickly and efficiently, practical tips for investigation and litigation tactics.

The conference will also include a summary of the law, the important cases and how to run these claims efficiently.

This extended advanced conference covers all the information required to progress these cases to trial in the advanced stages of litigation including looking at the technical breaches and what technical guidance to include in the bundle (BBA and CIGA), drafting part 35 Questions, drafting schedules of issues for a joint report, dealing with defendants expert reports, quantifying the claim following a joint report, dealing with disclosure, drafting statenents and what you need to do to prepare for a multi track trial.

We will have an expert surveyor speaking on breach of duty and causation.
