The Symposium brings together Neurosurgeons and Neurologists from St. Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne, presenting an engaging list of topics in case-led discussion.

St Vincent's Private Hospital is pleased to offer regional delegates ONE night's accommodation free of charge* at The Park Hyatt Melbourne, either Friday OR Saturday night (the registration fee covers the cost of the Symposium only). Room numbers are limited and strictly subject to availability. We will endeavour to accommodate all delegates for one night, however we are limited by the number of rooms available at the Park Hyatt on each particular night. Please note that once our room allocation has been filled, guests will need to find alternative accommodation at their own cost. Max. one room per registration, or in the case of a couple registered for the event, one room per couple, max. three occupants per room. The accommodation offer is not valid for Metropolitan registrations.

Post Symposium Drinks - Saturday 22 October 5.00pm to 6.30pm
We are delighted to offer an opportunity to mix socially with the presenters and other delegates. Drinks and canapes will be served in the Trilogy Room immeditately after the Symposium concludes. Delegates are invited to bring their partners to this social event. Please indicate whether you will be attending so that we can cater accordingly. We hope you can stay!
40 POINTS (Cat 1) on completion of the predisposing and reinforcing activity.
The predisposing activity will be emailed to you a fortnight prior to the Symposium. You will need to complete and return this prior to the Symposium to qualify for your points.
You are able to make your payment either by secure credit card payment on-line or by cheque. Click on the "Payment Options" drop down menu if you wish to select Cheque. There is a 2% service fee applied by Eventbrite, which must be paid in addition to each registration fee of $150.00.
The registration fee will be refunded in full up to 14 days prior to the Symposium (Sat 8th October 2016). After this date the fee will be forfeited and your accommodation and registration cancelled.
PLEASE ADVISE AS SOON AS YOU ARE AWARE THAT YOU CANNOT ATTEND - there is usually a waiting list and accommodation allocation is limited.
What are my parking options for this event?
The Park Hyatt car park (under the Hotel) is $24 per day. You will need to pay for two day's parking.
Wilson Parking (adjacent the Hotel) is available for $10 per day if you book ahead on-line ($24 if you do not book ahead).
