This course will arm you with the confidence to manage your own affairs to greater effect and show you where to find more information

About this Event

This course is part of the Finance Matters - Its My Money! workshop series and will arm you with the confidence to manage your own affairs to greater effect and show you where to find more information and assistance, when you need it. An interactive course, Lisa is happy to answer questions across a broad range of issues and assist you in understanding how the different financial aspects can impact on your life and livelihood.

How many of us wish there had been a “Finance 101” course at high school? Or if you were lucky enough to have one offered, wish you had taken it? So many young people today find out as they go through their 20’s and 30’s (and even 40’s) that there are many aspects to the financial side of life that they had never previously realised or understood.

This workshop hosted at the University of Canberra aims to cover the broader topics of understanding your current financial situation, becoming aware of the choices available to you as an investor and how to take greater control over your own financial destiny.
