Mastering Group Dynamics using Case-in-Point

Expand your leadership capability with advanced group dynamics. One-of-a-kind experience for Australia.

Leadership Victoria is Australasia’s most successful for-purpose leadership organisation, and we have assembled a world-class global team of experts in leadership and in case-in-point.

The program is led by Professor Tim Steffensmeier and Lynette Lacy from Kansas Leadership Centre. Tim and Lynette are in Australia solely for this unique program.

In addition, the program features Wendy Harding, CEO of Australia’s world-leading National Institute of Organisation Dynamics Australia, renowned consultant Jon Eddy who led the adaptive leadership initiative at National Australia Bank, and Katy Rowett – expert on adaptive leadership in an intercultural context.

This program will be an assembly of some of the finest leadership minds in Australia, and in addition to the program, the participants and faculty team will have multiple opportunities to network and to exchange ideas on making progress.

Over four-and-a-half days (6-10 August 2018), learn how to practice and teach a compelling, effective leadership development method that will help you face challenges and drive success. This includes two optional evening events (Monday and Thursday).

What is Case-in-Point?

Case-in-Point is a powerful leadership methodology in which leaders use a group (e.g. an executive team meeting) as an immediate case study for progressing the group’s leadership and the issues they are working on.

The Case-in-Point teaching method supports leadership development by providing group members with a heightened awareness of:
