Case Conferencing

About this event

Why is Case Conferencing important?

Case conferencing is a more formal, planned, and structured event separate from regular contacts. The goal of case conferencing is to provide holistic, coordinated, and integrated services across providers, and to reduce duplication.

In our experience, there is confusion about when a case conference should be held, who should be involved, what the case conference should cover, and what outcomes can be expected from case conferences.

This webinar will provide you with the skills, knowledge, and behaviors needed to successfully lead, facilitate and participate in a case conference.

Learning Outcomes

✔ Define the features of a case conference.

✔ Co-ordinate and plan a case conference.
