Do you want to get creative and have some fun drawing cartoon characters? Amherst Village Library is hosting local cartoonist Chanthira Sekar for a cartooning workshop this school holidays. Learn how to create your very own quirky cartoon humans, animals, monsters and more. You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve using your imagination and simplified drawing techniques.

The event is suitable for children aged 8 - 12 years.

Visitors to the City’s libraries will be required to follow contract tracing protocol as specified by the WA Health Department. Public health measures such as the use of hand sanitiser and complying with reduced event capacities for social distancing must be followed by all participants.

Parents please note that children between 6 and 12 years old must be accompanied in the library by an adult, or older sibling (13 years and over).
