Pop up Parties has teamed up with The Central Hotel Shellharbour to put together a series of events all throughout 2022! This month we Western Australia's rising superstar Carla Geneve!

Carla Geneve is a 23 year old singer-songwriter based in Perth, Western Australia. 

Backed by a captivating show and unique brand of brutally honest lyricism, Geneve established herself as one of Australia's most prominent up and coming artists, promoting her critically acclaimed EP with a debut tour of North America in support of indie heavyweights San Cisco, and returning home to Australia for several completely sold-out national tours.

The debut LP from Carla Geneve ‘Learn To Like It’ (released April 8 via Remote Control/Dot Dash) is a 10 track tour de force through teenage emotion and the complexities of coming of age.

Traversing an expanse of sonic territory from punk, blues, country and Australiana future classics, ‘Learn to Like It’ has been described by Australian Guitar Magazine as “…a beautifully bold, powerfully personal introduction to Geneve’s world as an undoubtable creative prodigy.”

Charlotte & The Harlots, Notorious for their loud, high energy shows, The Harlots are here to deliver the Power-Pop/Punk-Rock/Grunge resurgence.

Melding classic rock and proto-punk energy with 2000s pop sensibilities, this four piece will arrest your attention. They succeed in winning over even the most reluctant crowds with thick walls of fuzz, indelible melodies, chants, sweat, glitter and hair.

The Fuming are a 5 Piece Surf Rock / Alternative Rock Band originally based outta Orange, NSW, Australia. Now currently living in Wollongong!
