As a Complementary Therapy practitioner and trainer since 1992, Hollie has a ‘toolbox’ of techniques she successfully uses with her clients, her family and herself. Carers of those with a disability, mental illness, chronic illness or frail age are invited along to learn some of these techniques to promote self-care of the carer.
"I come into contact with many carers during my clinical reflexology practise within the adult disability and cancer support centres in which I work. This event is all about celebrating the carer! Take some well-earned 'time out' and participate in learning valuable self-help techniques to help create calm in our often chaotic lives.”
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
