The Turning Point and Spectrum Consumer and Carer Committee are holding a forum with the theme on –ACCESS. This forum is being held so that consumers and carers’ voices are heard highlighting difficulties accessing everyday services and the difference this can make to people’s lives.
ACCESS asks participants to look both inwards and outwards and offers the opportunity for participants to reflect on their own experiences around “access”. This forum will include ‘lived experience’ stories from consumers and carers, opportunity for discussion with services providers and showcase services who are providing some answers to those who are experiencing problems of ACCESS.
ACCESS will include an opportunity to network with people from other community services that are working with clients who are living these issues.
