Carer Well-being Workshops.


Wesley Mission are proud to provide these 2 day Workshops to focus on you - the carer.

These workshoprs are targeted at carers of people with a disability, mental illness, terminal illness, or chronic illness.

Carers coming to these events ideally live in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie local government areas.

Workshop Objectives:


The workshops will provide you with:

  • An understanding of how focusing and increasing your personal well-being will benefit you and those you care for.

  • An opportunity to explore what well-being means for you.

  • An opportunity to experience tools to promote and support you well-being.

Registration Information:


Morning Tea and Lunch will be provided. Workshops are FREE.

Spaces are limited. Registrations are essential.
