Carer Support Group (Online)

Wellways Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to join our Carer Peer Support group. These sessions will be held online, so join from the comfort of your own home!

Our In-Person Peer Support program is delivered over 8 sessions and is designed as an opportunity for you to share knowledge and experience in a supportive setting and make connections with other carers in your local area. Topics and activities will be chosen by you and the other people in your group and facilitated by an experienced peer facilitator who has their own lived experience as a carer.

Sessions will be held weekly from 9:30am - 11:30m AEST on Tuesdays starting from 13th January, 2026. Sessions will be held online via Microsoft Teams - please contact us if you require any assistance with getting connected. Carers are encouraged to attend all sessions to get the most out of the experience.

Please note: This event is open to Australian residents living in Queensland or South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in New South Wales, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
