Cardio Tennis is for players of all ages and all ability levels.
It is a fun and social way to burn calories and increase you fitness level. In a 60 minute Cardio Tennis workout, women can burn up to 500 calories and men up to 800.
It is also a great way to widen your social circle while improving your fitness.
