Guest Speaker:
- Norm Spalding - Paramedic
Allied health professionals, general practitioners and practice staff are invited to attend Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automatic Defibrillation (AED) Training.
Learning Outcomes:
- Assess a scene and identify the casualty's vital signs
- Recall and perform the first aid principles of the DRABCD procedure
- Demonstrate steps in the recommended care of an unconscious casualty
- Effectively use an Automatic Defibrillator.
Limited places are available (Priority will be given to nurse immunisers and those in practices where accreditation is due).
Strictly two people per practice.
Free parking is available on premises.
