Kristian Dowling & digiDirect invite you to a workshop where Kristian will demonstrate the art of capturing cinematic style images. With the help of local ballet dancers you will be given the opportunity to not only get feedback from Kristian but also have the opportunity to get a feel for the new Leica SL2-S camera and L Mount Lenses. Nanlite will also have their Forza & PavoTube LED lighting there to show what is now possible in this growing area of photography.

Kristian Dowling Bio

Kristian Dowling has been one of the top global celebrity-entertainment photographers for the past 18 years. Best known for his flexibility and understanding of light, he has earned a reputation of being a master photographer that can deliver striking results in a variety of challenging situations, without the use of photo manipulation. Working with the world's biggest names on key assignments, his experience has taken him to the world's most important events including Beijing Olympics, Cannes Film Festival, NY Fashion Week, MTV Music/Movie Awards, and on tour with Pop Star Katy Perry. Kristian is also a Leica Ambassador and photographic coach, focusing education on the intricacies of light, exposure and cinematic style. Kristian is also a Nanlite Ambassador and uses Nanlite as his primary creative lighting tools.
