Description

Join the Brewer, the Farmer and the Chef for an extraordinary evening of locally-grown fine dining around the fire at Capital. Braddon's iconic eighty-six restaurant Head Chef Michael Rees will showcase local farmer Christian Allen's prize beef, which has been fed on spent grain from the Brewery. Each of the four courses will be matched with brews by Capital's Head Brewer Wade Hurley.
