About this Event
The NSW Government has eased restrictions pertaining to Gyms and Group Fitness. In order to manage the risk of spread of COVID-19, we are limiting the amount of customers within our centres to comply with the maximum of 100 per facility and 1 person per 4m2.
Customers are required to book their session a day in advance and the personal information we collect is required under legislation in the case that their is a COVID case with one of our centre users.
Customers must follow our COVIDSafe Plan.
Whilst this event is listed as a free event, customers are required to pay a casual entry fee when they arrive at the centre . Customers with an active membership or multi pass, can use this to enter the facility.

Is entry to the centre free, can I pay with cash?
No. An entry Fee of $17.50 per session or members can reactivate their membership (whichever is the better option for you)

Customers with an active membership or multi pass, can use this to enter the facility.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Minors (15 years and older ONLY) must be accompanied by a paying and participating adult 18 years or older as per our terms and conditions of entry

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Either bring your ticket or you can show the staff on site your ticket on your mobile device
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No, the registration for the booking timeslot cannot be transferred to another person or another date
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
The person making the booking must attend. Bookings cannot be made on the behalf of others unless it is a parent/guardian booking for their child but personal names and contact details must be provided for each participant
Are there any other terms and conditions of entry?

As well as standard terms and conditions of entry, there are some COVID-19 specific conditions in place. These include:
* Social distancing of 1.5m must be maintained at all times
* Customers must sanitise their hands before entering the facility with the sanitiser provided
* Customers who have travelled or are returning from overseas within 14 days will not be permitted entry.
* Customers who have COVID-19 or other respiratory illness symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has within 14 days will not be permitted entry.
* Customers must be out of the centre by the end of the session, not out of the water. i.e. If you enter the centre for a 2pm-3pm session, you must be out of the centre by 3pm sharp so the next session can commence on time.
* Toilet and change rooms are available, though showers are closed.
* Customers who do not abide by the terms and conditions of the facilities, including the additional COVID-19 specific conditions will risk eviction and/or a ban from the facility.

*5 minute access period to the centre including payment,*a maximum 45 minute workout*10 minutes to exit the centre via the alternate exit point (back emergency door)*2 towel workout policy (a beach size towel to cover benches when using and a separate towel for sweat)*Physical distancing will require ensuring that you keep a machine gap between you and other clients*Wipe down off equipment after use with the disinfectant wipes provided*Customers are required to exit the centre under the direction of CB Leisure & Aquatics staff*No spectators can access the centre until further notice.*Children 15 years or older, must attend classes with a paying and participating adult*Customers will not be permitted to enter the centre until the booking time commences and customers must be outside the centre by the end of the session time.
