Learn about the Five Ways to Wellbeing Framework and how it can assist individuals and communities to thrive, to cope through challenging times and to decrease some mental health problems
Contribute to the development of a three year Bankstown Wellbeing Action Plan:
Who are the priority populations that the action plan should focus on?
What existing wellbeing actions and/or attributes of the Bankstown community enables wellbeing?
What are your issues of concern that inhibit optimal wellbeing in Bankstown?
What are the gaps and areas of potential action?
What needs to be done to address depression, anxiety and suicide in our communities?

The Forum will be held in the Hall of Bankstown Public School. Entrance to the hall is from Gate 1 on Restwell St. For those parking in the Bankstown Sports Club, there is an entrance off McDonald Laneway at the rear of the Club.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Free parking is available at the Bankstown Sports Club. Your parking ticket will need to be validated at the Forum to avoid parking charges. Entrance to the carpark is from either Mona Street or Greenfield Parade
The school is 5 minutes walk from Bankstown Station.
Is the event catered?
Morning Tea and lunch will be provided. Please note on your registration if you have any specific dietary requirements. Tea and Coffee and will be available on arrival.
