Hi there sleepy head!

I really understand your pain to know what it feels like to get up in the morning and feel like you've been awake all night.

I have sleep apnoea, and I stop breathing every 3 minutes, so I don't go into a deep state of sleep, in order to get the rest and brain rejuvenation that we all need.

So the sleep that I actually DO get, needs to be VERY good.

I have taught myself to get to sleep very quickly through a variety of techniques, and I'd like to share with you what I have learnt, from my own experiences and the many hours of research I have completed.

I have been teaching people how to relax for 10 years now, and I have had numerous people say to me;

"Man, I have so much trouble getting to sleep, and I listen to you, and I can fall asleep just like that."

I even named my second book 'Will You Come To Bed with Me?, because so many people said this at the end of a relaxation session!

In this online workshop, I encourage you to be at home, in a really comfortable spot.

Why?

Because you won't be just listening, you'll be DOING the techniques.

We will have a chat about best sleep practices, then we will do some great relaxation techniques, then I'll guide you into a deep sleep.

I will give you a recording of the sleep meditation, so you can listen to it at any time.
