In this workshop, Greg will demonstrate how to create an amazing portrait using just a single Canon Speedlight and available light. In this small group workshop, every photographer will have the opportunity to shoot a series of portraits for their own portfolio.

We will be working with a professional dancer, Lily. There is an expectation that everyone will share their images for her portfolio. Please only book this event if you are happy with these conditions.

Topics of discussion will include:

• How to communicate with a model
• How to read light and adjust your settings accordingly
• Jumping and posing dancers
• Introduction to Canon Speedlight and Off Camera Flash

You will need:

• Your Canon Camera (don't forget to charge your batteries!)
• Memory card
• Tripod
• Canon will supply some speedlites for use, and other gear to try out!
