Event description
Can You Relate Weekend with Dr Robi and Noleen Sonderegger is a seminar to create healthy hearts, minds and homes.

About this Event

We are created for relationship, so it should be no surprise at all that it’s an area that requires a lot of attention from us. In our series, Can You Relate?, we will look at some of the most important aspects of our relational lives and how we can create healthy hearts, healthy minds, healthy lifestyles, healthy relationships and healthy homes.

This seminar will be happening on Saturday 12th October with three sessions between 9am-3pm with Dr Robi and Noleen Sonderegger. We will then have Dr Robi and Noleen Sonderegger with us on Sunday 13th October at our Sunday Experiences at 9am & 11am.

Please be aware we will have FREE child-minding available for these sessions as well as our Sunday services. If you would like to bring your kids along, please reserve one "CHILD" ticket per child you will be bringing as well as one "ADULT" ticket for each adult that will be coming with you. Make sure you do this for each session you are attending!

Please see more information on each session below. If you're interested, come along to all! There is no limit on how many you can attend. We look forward to having you for this special event!

Session One - 9:00am to 10:30am (including Q&A time)

Title - HEALTHY HOMES

Healthy homes are significant in raising children well and creating great environments for the development of some of the most important relationships that we have in life. No matter what our past experiences are, we are all able to correct, improve and develop what we want our homes to be like now.

Session Two - 11am to 12:00pm

Title - ADDRESS THE MESS

Mess is just a fact of life and we all have it. How we address the mess in our thinking, lifestyle and relationships is critically important. Healthy conflict resolution helps us all to navigate our way to address the messy situations, tidy things up and move forward into greater health.

Session Three - 2pm to 3:00pm

Title - MENTAL HEALTH//MENTAL WEALTH

In this digital age of information access and overload we have some unique challenges that every generation faces. There are so many things on a daily basis that demand our attention, our focus and our mental energy. How we invest will determine what we get from this area of life, and what we invest in is so very important to the wealth or poverty of our mental health.
