If These Halls Could Talk is a multi-arts project celebrating regional halls and the role they play in our communities.
As part of this project Local Yaegl woman and visual artist, Frances Belle Parker will transform Eatonsville Hall through a large scale immersive installation Can you hear the whispering walls, creating a space to reflect on past histories. To acquaint guests with the hall and its landscape overlooking the Clarence River the afternoon will begin with champagne and canapes on the lawn of the hall. Soft light will draw the audience into the hall to experience the work. Flowing fabric hanging from the rafters, imprinted with imagery and imbued with sound; mapping the land, the hall, and the people.
