About this Event

The third annual South West Yoga Fest is set too take place at Solitaire Homestead. Bringing together exceptional teachers of yoga, meditation and mindfulness from the South West, Perth, and all over Australia and beyond. Together we will create a conscious connection to yoga, culture and adventure in the heart of the South West. Come together to study all things yoga and wellness, and connect to our unique culture.

Welcome to Yallingup – one of the South West’s most popular destinations with a long time history of spiritual healing and known as a place of love and connection. Immerse yourself in this two day festival of conscious celebration where we incorporate the mindfulness of yoga into all elements of our lives. From yoga classes to drumming workshops, to sound healing meditation and chakra dancing, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and renewed mind body and soul.

You will need to purchase a 3 day Weekend Warrior Pass in order to be eligible for Camping. Tickets purchased on this site are for camping passes only. Solitaire Homestead is hosting the event and operating the campsite independently from South West Yoga Fest.

Terms and Conditions

• Driving on the property will be limited.

• Camp setups to be minimal and contained within the marked allotment. 

• Campsites are 3 X 3 meters.

• Campsites are restricted to a maximum of 4 people. One tent/caravan per site. 

• Camp sites are limited and allocated on a first in first served basis. If you want to camp next to your friends, you must arrive together.

• The sites are not powered. 

• No generators are permitted.

• There are no shower facilities on site.

• This is an Alcohol and Drug Free Event. 

• Please Leave No trace. Ensure campsites are left the same way it was when you arrived. Free from rubbish and personal items when departing the campground. 

• Children must remain at all times under the responsible supervision of an adult or guardian. 

• Please ensure that all valuable items are secured; no responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged personal property. 


• Patrons must present appropriate identification and a valid Camping Pass and SWYF 3 day Weekend Warrior Pass to gain entry into the campgrounds.

• Camping Entry will open Friday March 20th 12:00pm to 3:00pm. Opening ceremony is at 4:30.

• Upon Arrival, you will be directed to the Nama-Stay camping site. Campers will be required to unload their vehicles and set up their camp between 12 and 3pm on the 20th of March. Once your camp is set up, you will be directed to move your vehicle to the car park. Vehicles cannot re-enter the camp site until the day of exit. All campers must vacate the property by 7pm on the 22nd of March 2020.

• A mudmap and further instructions and/or directions will be sent closer to the date.

Permitted items

• Tents and other structures used solely for camping - (max 4 persons per tent)(1 tent per site) RV or Car camping is permitted, however must stay stationary in the camp ground for the duration of the event.

• Closed flame barbeques and/or gas camp stove

• Eskies

Prohibited items

• Generators

• Glass

• Animals or pets (other than guide dogs, to be approved by the Operator before the event)

• Any weapons

• Drugs or alcohol

• No smoking of ANY kind


Toilets are provided a short distance from all camp sites. Facilities will be cleaned overnight and daily. Please report any hazards or cleaning issues to management.

Please note: There are no showers on site. If you would like to shower, Yallingup Beach, Old Dunsborough Boat Ramp and Meelup Beach all have public shower facilities. Restrictions will apply to entry and exit of the property. Details to be provided closer to the event date.


To assist with keeping the campgrounds as clean as possible all rubbish must be placed in rubbish bags and sealed. Please take rubbish with you. Leave No trace.

General Conduct

• Orderly conduct is expected at all times and it is the expectations of Solitaire Homestead and the South West Yoga Fest to avoid any conduct, which would threaten the safety or enjoyment of other patrons or staff.

• Authorised persons will enforce eviction from the venue for any disorderly conduct and other misbehaviour at their discretion.

• Damage to any property or the uprooting or damaging any trees or shrubs is not permitted.

• The use of rope or bunting to create segregated areas other than that arranged by the Operator is not permitted.

• Report any hazards to the event staff at the Yoga Fest.

• Do not climb on any structures.

• Leave No Trace. Please keep your rubbish and littler to your camp and take it with you when you leave.
